Returns & Exchanges
We design every Classic Alison piece to fit and flatter a curvy figure. If something isn't quite right, we'll make returning or exchanging it as simple as possible.
Free UK returns within 30 days
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return it. Returns within the UK are free.
Free size exchanges
If you need a different size, we'll exchange it free of charge within the UK, subject to availability. If your size isn't available, we'll give you a full refund.
Condition of returns
Please try your pieces on indoors, so you can see how they fit. To be returned, items should be unworn outside, unwashed and unaltered, with all tags still attached. Please return them in their original packaging where possible.
How to return or exchange
1. Email us at info@classicalison.com with your order number, the item(s) you're returning, and whether you'd like a refund or a different size.
2. We'll send you a prepaid UK returns label and instructions.
3. Pack your items carefully and send them to:

Please contact us before sending anything back, so we can match your parcel to your order. International customers should send returns to the same address using a tracked service.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your return. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the money in your account.
Pre-orders
You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it is dispatched, for a full refund. Just email info@classicalison.com. Once your pre-order arrives, our standard 30-day returns policy applies.
Sale items
Sale items can be returned within 14 days of delivery under the same conditions as full-price items.
Faulty or incorrect items
Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo, and we'll arrange a free return and a replacement or full refund. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
International returns
Customers outside the UK can return items within 30 days. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect, and we're unable to refund any import duties or taxes. Please use a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for parcels lost in transit.
Gift cards
Gift cards can't be returned or exchanged for cash.
Your legal rights
If you're shopping from the UK or EU, you also have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
