Virtual Assistant
Part-time · Remote · 5–10 hours a week to start · Rolling monthly contract
We're looking for an organised, proactive virtual assistant to support our founder with day-to-day admin.
YOU'LL HELP WITH
- Managing our sales inbox and following up with boutique buyers
- Keeping our buyer and order tracker up to date
- Chasing suppliers and shipping companies for quotes and updates
- Creating invoices in Shopify and tracking deposits and payments
- Scheduling meetings and travel
- Uploading products to Shopify and scheduling Instagram posts
- Organising receipts and paperwork for our accountant
YOU'LL HAVE
- Experience as a VA or in e-commerce or fashion admin
- Confidence with Shopify and Gmail / Google Workspace (Canva and Klaviyo a bonus)
- Excellent written English and a warm, professional tone
- Availability in UK working hours, with some flexibility for afternoon replies to US and Bermuda clients
- Discretion: you'll handle confidential pricing and customer information
